Suresh is a Founding Partner, and President of Spyre Solutions Inc. since it’s establishment in the year 2000. Suresh worked with PeopleSoft in various capacities in the mid 1990’s, and started Spyre after nearly 15 years prior working as an IT customer service professional. He now has nearly 30 years of experience working within the ERP community as a lead SI in the PeopleSoft Canadian community. Suresh and his team of professionals has built strong partnerships and long-term relationships with many clients working in the Oracle/PeopleSoft space. Asma is Technical Lead with over 20 years of experience and proven accomplishments in leading teams, systems implementation, technology alignment and project management. Senior level experience in full lifecycle implementation, upgrade, and support of ERP systems. 18 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM and Finance. 6 years of experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Interaction Hub.

DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC FINANCIAL APPLICATION SERVICES

Merlyn is a highly accomplished Senior PeopleSoft Financials Functional Consultant with a verifiable track record of implementing complex PeopleSoft Financials projects and exceeding expectations. She is practiced in clarifying business requirements, performing fit/gap analysis, all facets of SLDC, and all implementation/upgrade phases. Merlyn has extensive experience in the implementation and upgrade of PeopleSoft General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Procurement for education, government, finance, auto and mining industries.

Spyre has recently established an official Project Management Office (PMO). With over 25 years of experience working with the company, Rosanne Fiore has been contracted by Spyre to lead the development of the PMO and to oversee several management consulting initiatives.

Rosanne is a senior ERP Project / Engagement Manager and elite HR Consultant specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) with over 25 years of experience working across various industries and diverse corporate environments. Rosanne has been working with Spyre Solutions since 2001, and has specialized in leading ERP implementations, Cloud Transformations (Oracle OCI and Azure), upgrades, and enhancing ERP Oracle/PeopleSoft suite of products and solutions.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Maureen is a practical and people-oriented professional services leader with 20 years of project delivery, sales, and service definition, and managing teams experience across various industries and diverse corporate environments. She specializes in leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancing ERP Oracle/PeopleSoft suite of products and solutions. She is an accomplished Project Manager and highly ethical leader that manages project teams through project life cycles, mitigates risk, and delivers on project milestones while building long-term client relationships.

MANAGER, ADMINISTRATION AND DEVELOPMENT

Sam is a PMP-certified professional with a diverse background across marketing, education, and venture capital, and a specialized BBA in Operations Management from the Schulich School of Business.

FINANCIAL PRACTICE LEAD

Richard is a Senior PeopleSoft Financial Analyst with over 20 years of experience in the implementation of PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain systems. Richard has extensive PeopleSoft full life cycle project experience, with an ideal blend of functional, some technical, and project management skills acquired from hands-on system implementation. In addition, Richard also has strong financial management experience, and a CPA designation. Richard has over 17 years of direct PeopleSoft experience completing 12 assignments that primarily focused on the implementation of PeopleSoft Financials.

HCM PRACTICE LEAD

Rosemary is a seasoned enterprise application HCM Specialist/ Business Analyst/Functional Lead with over 25 years of experience in various industries and diverse corporate environments. She has a proven ability to strategize, design, test and implement new business practices and operations within the PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Labour.

MARKETING ANALYST

Ariana is an experienced, professional marketing analyst who demonstrates her ability to develop, execute, implement, and improve marketing efforts. Ariana is proficient in areas pertaining to the research, creation, analysis, and implementation of marketing campaigns to successfully bring them to market. Daily, she works with internal and external staff to identify new opportunities for client acquisition. She has the ability to conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data in order to successfully and continually implement new and improved B2B marketing strategies. She consistently provides the latest recommendations for all marketing efforts in order to support metrics to measure success and performance.

MANAGER, BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Liz is an Accounting Professional with over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sector. Her responsibilities at Spyre include the processing of more than 30 contractors and employees, while maintaining and ensuring that the appropriate approvals are in place. She provides invoicing, billing, and contracts administration support for contractors, clients, and our company. Liz is fully experienced and responsible for the preparation of year end working papers.
